Heitmann's work has been chosen to be the poster for both the Westhampton Art Show and the Montauk Art Show. His work will be on all of their publicity for the 2017 shows.

Heitmann has become a finalist in The Artist Magazine 34th Annual Art Competiton.  His work, "It wasn't over, it STILL isn't over", will be showcased in the January/February 2018 issue. You can also view more details of the competition on the magazine's website.

Awards and Accomplishments

Heitmann's abstract flag painting,"Stand beside her", has been chosen to be the face of Art for Democracy. A program sponsered by the Collier County Supervisor of Elections.  The flag will appear on all literature promoting this esteemed scholarship throughout Collier County, Florida.

Heitmann has been selected into the Internatiional Society of Acrylic Painters.  The 11th Annual Juried Exhibition was held at Art Center Manatee, Bradenton, Florida. To view photos of the exhibit please go to isap.fl.com.
